Calling people together

One city. Many churches.
United in prayer.

Care, clarity & your informationA shared heart for Stoke-on-Trent

Trust starts
with clarity.

This page explains the current website demonstration. The ministry’s full privacy notice and handling policies must be approved before live forms open.

Policy preparation, not a final organisational privacy notice. This text describes implemented demonstration behaviour and identifies decisions still required from the ministry.

What happens in this demonstration?

The enquiry, church connection, prayer request and email signup forms are demonstrations. They validate example entries and display feedback. No form values are sent to the ministry, logged by the application, placed in URLs, stored in browser localStorage or added to a subscriber list.

Please use invented details. The forms are disabled until their JavaScript is ready, so they cannot fall back to sending data in a page URL. After a successful demonstration, entered values are cleared.

The website itself has no account system, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A hosting provider may separately process basic access logs to deliver the website; provider-specific details must be added when hosting is chosen.

Prayer requests deserve particular care.

Prayer requests may reveal health, religious beliefs or other highly personal information. This demonstration does not receive or store real requests and has no public prayer feed.

Before the live service opens, the ministry must approve who can access requests, the lawful basis and any additional conditions for processing sensitive information, a clear consent process, retention and deletion rules, and a way to exercise information rights.

Names and email addresses should remain optional unless a visitor requests a reply. Only a restricted authorised prayer team should receive requests. The exact arrangements and responsible contact are awaiting confirmation.

Staying connected by email.

No subscription is created by the current signup form. A future email service will need approved consent wording, an identified provider, clear interest preferences and an unsubscribe mechanism in every update.

Consent should be recorded with its wording version and time. A double opt-in process is recommended before sending updates. Enquiries and prayer requests must not automatically sign someone up for marketing.

Photography, video & external links.

The initial photographs are hosted with this website. People and gathering photographs are illustrative licensed stock, not records of actual ministry events. See photography credits for sources and licences.

The sample invitation video is hosted locally. The player supports future YouTube content using a click-to-load, privacy-enhanced embed: no YouTube player loads before a visitor chooses it. External sites such as Facebook have their own privacy practices.

Client photographs and recordings must be reviewed for permissions and appropriate safeguarding before publication. No personal release records should be published on this site.

What still needs to be confirmed?

  • The legal identity and contact details of the organisation responsible for personal information.
  • The purposes, lawful bases and sensitive-data conditions for each form.
  • The secure service providers, data locations and any international transfer safeguards.
  • Access permissions, retention periods, deletion and breach-response procedures.
  • Information rights, complaints arrangements and the final privacy notice.
  • Appropriate spam controls and accessible alternatives for contacting the ministry.

These are future implementation requirements, not claims that a live service or approved legal policy already exists.

A question about your information?

A dedicated privacy contact has not yet been supplied. You can find the ministry’s current public contact route on the contact page. Please do not put sensitive personal information into public social media comments.
